Hi i’m Suzy

As a positive psychology practitioner, my mission is to empower individuals to cultivate their strengths, foster resilience, and enhance their overall well-being. I strive to guide clients on a journey towards greater fulfillment and flourishing in their lives. I provide personalized guidance and support to help individuals navigate challenges, embrace growth opportunities, and cultivate a mindset grounded in optimism and gratitude. By integrating principles of positive psychology into our work together, I aim to facilitate self-discovery, promote self-compassion, and inspire individuals to lead more meaningful and authentic lives. Together, we embark on a collaborative journey towards unlocking their full potential and experiencing the joy and fulfillment that comes from living life with purpose and passion.

Why?

I do this work because I have a profound desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives and contribute positively to their well-being. My personal experience with Inner healing ignited a passion within me to explore the principles of positive psychology further, and to explore the tremendous impact of cultivating gratitude, hope, and fostering optimism. I felt compelled to share these insights with others. Guided by a deep-seated belief in the power of positivity to facilitate personal growth and transformation, I embarked on the path of becoming a positive psychology practitioner. My journey is driven by a genuine desire to empower individuals to overcome challenges, discover their inner strengths, and lead more fulfilling and meaningful lives.

Education.

I hold a Master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology, I also have a deep passion to help individuals create profound internal changes and find new meaning in life, through sessions and exercises based on self-love, accepting emotions, and dealing with them in healthy way

On A Personal Note...

I love journaling, reading, walking by the beach, homemade pasta, traveling, spending time with my husband, conversing with my 2 boys, dancing and singing with my friends, and lots and lots of self-care, like facials and hair masks.
